UMich or RPI?

Hi,

I am in an dilemma. I have a TA from RPI in ECSE and an admit from UMich Ann Arbor, and have to choose between the two. Umich is ranked higher than RPI and hence the dilemma. (UMich rank = 7, RPI rank = 25). Can someone guide me here? Does anyone know how good the ECSE program at RPI is and how it compares to the program in UMich?
