What are the Options of studying Media Advocacy and Communication in the US

I have two years of experience. One year in the journalism and one year in the social development sector. I am looking for Masters program in Media Advocacy and Communication with little flavour of public policy.

 

"International Media Advocacy and Communication" (IMAC) which is offered at Columbia's SIPA is the closest to what I am looking for.

 

Does anybody know of any such program in the US. Can anyone please guide me what are my alternate options if I am unable to get in Coulumbia? Please also suggest some middle tier universities as well.
