Msc Global Politics(global civil society) at lse apparently has no deadline(doesn't mention rolling admissions or anything),so does this mean I can apply or it is(most likely) too late?

Call them and ask! There's probably only a few people with experience with that program here, so you might not get a useful reply to your post. If you call the department, though, you'll definitely get an answer.
