Need Help with Research

Hello everyone, I am about to start a research project on African American labor patterns after World War 2 until the mid 1970s. I have been able to find one good academic paper on the subject but I would like to get a couple more if at all possible. Does anyone here know of any research papers that might fit that description? I will primarily be focusing on Labor Rates for African Americans in the Northeast(Whether they leaving or entering the northeast during those time periods, what kind of atmosphere they are moving to(urban or rural) and why this pattern exist. If anyone knows of any existing academic papers that have already written on this subject that would be a great help.
