Urgent Decisions -- Help Please!!

Hey Guys,

 

Have got an admit into University of San Francisco and University of South Florida in graduate Computer Science for Fall'14. I had decided on Univ San Francisco but Recently UNiversity of Texas at Dallas has been added into my mix as well, throwing a whole slew of questions. Primarily,

 

 

From an Employers perspective:

 

I realize in terms of reputation, UNiversity of Texas at Dallas is the best among the list but how important is the location(as Univ San Francisco has ideal location being close to Silicon Valley).

 

With this respect, which do you think would more appropriate to select? 

 

Your thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated.
