Hi guys

I'll be applying for MPH programs this year and I have question regarding internship experience. Anyone can chime in!

I have a wealth of experiences; its the strength of my resume. I have a psychology research summer internship, a policy internship, a teaching and enviromental education research internship, and a economic justice research internship.

I have the option to take the economic justice internship this fall and be promoted to a part time junior assiocate--employee basically.

But I've also been offered a position working as a stretegic relationships intern for a global health and poverty position during the fall.

Which one should I take? Or which one would look better? a 8 month position as an economic justice jr associate (I should note that with this one, I'll get a strong letter of rec from the founder, ceo and president of the org since i work directly with her, plus it will extend till next spring and will be a full year) or The global poverty/health one (I want to go into public health and though the recon wont be as strong, its with a well known organization and right up my alley)

I would go with the opportunity to become an employee. Presumably you could use the money before beginning an unfunded professional degree, and it will be more useful to you as a graduate when you are job searching. Unless your internship is amazing (by which I mean, exploiting you because they're making you do real work), employment > internship to employers.

Go with the one you are most interested in pursuing a career in the future. At this point, experience is better than the money. Early in your career it is more important to build relevant experience, skills, and connections.
