Order Forecast

hi,

 

I am working on model that will verify how well my orders are being calculated

Each week I am forecasting certain order that will occur in 1 month 

 

So for each actual order I have 4 forecasts from 4 weeks a head 

 

There are few measures I found that measure accuracy between actual order and it's forecast like MAD, MAPE,MFE

Still haven't decided which one to use

But I don't know how to handle the multiple forecasts for the same event? Does Avg. will be good? 

how do I take in account the STD between them?
