IWillNotBow86 Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Hi, all. I applied to three PhD programs in Chicago, but I got rejected from them. I want to make my application stronger, but I think I'm going to need some help. I'm not exactly the best writer. A friend referred me to Accepted & Signet Ed. Has anyone ever tried admissions consulting before? Which do you think would be the best one? At this rate, price isn't an issue since my stepdad promised to cover the costs. Thanks!
bhr Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 I've been told over and over that they aren't worth the money. Go talk to your advisors and have them look over your paperwork. If your undergraduate or graduate program (I'm not sure which you are coming from) has a PhD program, go talk to someone on their panel.
