Fredian Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 Hi everyone. My name is Fred and I'm currently taking up short online health courses at http://www.anhs-school.com/nutrition---online.html, my question is, is there a big difference is going to an online school and formal school? I know my question is overly heard but I need answers that can convince me whether to continue online schooling or not. Thank you!
GeoDUDE! Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 Yes, there is a big difference. In online education, the primary mode of learning is through the internet and the computer. In formal school, the primary mode of learning is through attending courses in person. That online school does not look like a good place to study, because their website is tacky, but I haven't looked too much into it. sciencem 1

Vene Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 I don't even see a Wikipedia page for it so no don't do it.
