I graduated from a big state U with a near 4.0 GPA in environmental studies. Did an oxbridge masters in environmental studies and graduated with distinction. I am passionate about the environment but also have a prestige/competitive streak in me. I am American.

Would it be hard to get an environmental NGO job in DC, San Fran, London, NYC? Do they offer good career stability? I am thinking about going to law school in the US but I am hesitant to work 70 hour weeks, and I've read terror stories of the debt and terrible quality of life/career options. I also entertained the idea of a PhD but academia seems like shit right now.. MBA seems to be an option but work would be similar to that of law.

Any input or advice would be very helpful!

Thanks!
