Would I be a bother?

I recently interviewed for a full-time job and I'm waiting to hear back. But the thing is, if i get the position I will have to drop one of my classes. Since school will be starting shortly, should I call the HR manager and ask her if they made a decision? I dont want to end up paying for the class, if I get hired later on.

Did you send a follow up letter or email after your interview? How did they reply? I think it would be considered bad form to just say "did I get the job/did you hire someone," but you can ask a question like "what is the timeline for bringing someone on" or "am I still being considered for the position."
