I have a low GPA of 2.7, GRE 302 (v:148, q:154), Toefl : yet to give. I want to do MS in CS from USA. . Do you think i stand a chance to get into a decent college and get a US visa ?

I have heard that they are less strict with GRE's for foreigners...I guess it depends on your TOEFL. I would say you could try (it depends on the programs). GRE's are really used to separate applicants, so it depends how competitive is the program to which you're applying. It would be better though if you aim for a higher Verbal.
