Wath school for Africa ICT?

Hi everyone,

I am searching for a summer school (2006) or a graduate school (2007) to apply, but since I am not so familiar with the US school system, I would ask you

some information...

My degree is "Laurea in Scienze sociali per la cooperazione, lo sviluppo e le relazioni tra i popoli" (a degree about international relations, with exams in social science, political science and international economics) at University of Rome "La Sapienza" and my field is Africa's development.

My thesis work was a study of old&new communication technologies in Africa, and how these technologies would be able to help the african countries in the

development processes.

Therefore, could you please give me some advice about the opportunities I could have? At which department should I apply? Which departments in USA study this subject?
