Is my GRE score too low for as an international applicant?

Hello everyone.

 

I would like to pursue a Ph.D. degree in mathematics and my verbal of GRE is only 153 and AW is 3.0. I wonder whether it's too low and will lead to a significant disadvantage.

 

Since I have to take the GRE subject in Oct., I only have limited time. So I am hesitating that if I should retake the GRE general.
