Interested in Master's in I/O Psych; Where Do I Start?

Hello Everyone,

I'm interested in getting a Master's in I/O psych. 

I can give my GPA, GRE scores, etc.

 

The biggest thing is knowing how to apply to schools.  Can anyone say the basics that are needed, so I can begin to collect them now?

Are there any metrics for "best bang for your buck" I/O programs, or the least selective, but still great schools.

 

(I'm thinking Bowling Green State University might be one on the list, since I like the faculty and other's say it's very doable.).
