Non CS student. What are my options?

Hello,

 

I graduated from UCD with a B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior. I was a computer engineering major but ended up switching, and not I regret it. I want to go back and do CS.

 

My ultimate goal is to get a masters down the road, but I would like to build a solid foundation and get industry experience before I do that.

 

What are some solid post-bacc or 2nd bachelors programs? Preferably in California, but I'll go out of state if that is my only option.

 

My UG GPA is 2.7
