University in India with the best MPA or MPP

Hi,

 

My 1st degree was in Mathematics, subsequently I obtained MBA and CPA. I have 10 years experience with Deloitte/Ernst & Young. I have been working for the last 17-years in Finance with an non- governmental International Organisation.

 

My aim is to move into consultancy on economic and public policy. Since, I need to continue working, my inclination is to to do MPA or MPP by distant learning in India due to costs. What is the best university?
