I am an international student from Bangladesh. I have completed my BS and MS from applied statistics from one of the leading universities in the country. I have obtained 3.74(top 10 percent) and 3.69 in in Bs and Ms respectively. While I had complete a thesis as a partial requirement for ms I don't have any publications.

I have also given GRE and obtained 326 (Q: 164, V: 162, AWA:3.5) and will seat for ielts next month since the seats for toefl is limited and filled up. What are my chances of getting into a good us university. While North Carolina State university does not have a biostatistics department I am still interested in this university. Do I have a realistic chance of getting into NCSU?
