Shoudl I give GRE again? GRE - v149, q160. Work experience of 6+ years in software industry

I took GRE yesterday and the score isn't so great (especially verbal), v - 149 and q - 160.  My TOEFL score is 108.  I am a Computer Engineer and have a professional experience of 6+ years.  I have a good academic and professional record.  Is this score decent enough?

I think you could do better on the quant section because you were an engineering student. Since it is not a difficult task for you as an engineer student to score over 165 on the quant section by more practice and spending more time, it is worth retaking the exam. Also, I believe you can score over 150 on the verbal by a little more effort.
