What is the best MFA program for representational art?

Hi, I'm currently a student at George Washington University, looking at graduate schools. What graduate school painting program (MFA) has the best representational art professors? I'm not an abstract painter and I was looking for a program that best suits my needs, also what are the best summer painting programs that offer college credit?
