UCSD(ME) vs UFL(MSE) vs CWRU(MSE)

UFL is ranked on top 10

CWRU is ranked on top 20 (with funding)

UCSD is ranked on top 20...

CWRU's MSE department is too small and the research areas are limited.

Also, UFL's ranking is top 10...but i'm not sure UFL is that good...

The overall reputation of UCSD is better than other schools, I think. And it's still growing. But the living cost is really expensive.

After master degree, I wanna get a jot. (Not Ph.d)

Which school is the best choice?
