Masters in Stats/Biostats application eval?

Graduating this spring, applying for grad school this fall. Hoping to make my expectations on grad school realistic.

 

School: B.S at one of the top State Schools (CA)

 

Major: Economics

Minor: Math

 

GRE: V 158, Q 162, AW 4

 

GPA: 3.25, however for last 3 years has been 3.4+ and last few quarters 3.8+

Math minor GPA : 3.7-3.8

 

Relevant Coursework

Multivariable Calc: A

Linear Algebra: A-

Probability: A

Statistics: A

Mathematical Set Theory: A

Econometrics: B+

Economic Stats: A

 

Currently taking Real Analysis (expect A), ANOVA

 

Programs I am Applying to (all Masters):

UC Berkeley - Biostatistics
UCLA - Biostatistics
UCSD - Statistics
UCSB - Statistics
UC Davis - Biostatistics
UCI - Statistics
U of Washington - Statistics

Michigan - Statistics

Iowa State - Statistics
UNC - Statistics
Oregon State - Statistics
Montana State - Statistics

 

I really dont expect to get into Berk, UCSD, Washington or Michigan, honestly only applying cause parents want me to. However, I'd love to hear what other people think of my chances at these other places.

If you pull off the A in Real Analysis and send the updated transcript, then I bet you get into over half of the places you apply if you're applying for a Masters, but you'll most likely be funding yourself. My only suggestion would be to consider Michigan Biostats over Michigan Stats... However, if you're open venturing off the West coast, I'd also consider Minnesota Biostats and UNC Biostats.
