SLP Grad Program Prerequisites

Hi all, I am a future applicant to SLP programs and have a few questions concerning prerequisites. If any of you have an answer for my questions that would be great.

My first question pertains to prerequisite course work from community college. I took biology I at community college and am wondering if I would have to take it at my university to "count" as biology I when I apply to grad school.

My second question is about grades in prerequisite coursework. I am expecting a D in physics. Many programs require a course in the physical science (physics for one) so I'm wondering if I would need to retake it and get at least a grade of C, to be considered in my applications.
