Suggestions for Urban Planning programs in US for Fall 2015 admissions

I am applying for urban planning masters programs and need help regarding the selection of the graduate schools. Please guide me regarding: 

 

1. Schools where the focus of urban planning is oriented towards economic development and public policy

 

2. Schools with Master leading to PhD programs

 

3. Funding Opportunities

http://www.acsp.org/sites/default/files/20th-Edition-ACSP-Guide-FINAL.pdf - Great handbook on schools in North America that are accredited by their associated Planning board. Has info on financial aid (for some schools, it even lists the different fellowships available) and MA-PhD joint programs.
