I can't find much information on this at all, and the info. I have seen has been conflicting.  I graduated with a 3.3 in Applied Math with A's in my hardest Jr and Sr level courses (freshman year I didn't really go to class much).  Ever since I have intermittently been taking courses in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering since I was close to having a degree in Chem.E.  I have since changed my mind and wanted to try to do an online Applied Math Masters or something of the sort.  Problem is I had to retake Ochem (5 credit class) post undergrad graduation (retaking it didn't drop the old grade at my school so retaking it didn't affect it much) and my other grades were not that great either (B- avg) making my cumulative GPA a 2.98.  Will these classes taken post graduation seriously affect my chances for admission to an Applied Math masters program requiring a 3.0 or 3.0 in the past 60 hrs of coursework(is that my undergrad coursework before or after graduation?)  I assume it wouldn't matter much for programs that only require a 2.8 gpa.
