GaStatGuy Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 I'm in my Multivariate Analysis class and I'm having a few difficulties with coding in SAS. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction to where I can get help with calculating the eigenvectors(a_1,a_2,...,a_sub_k) of the matrix SSE^-1*SSH by way of using SAS Enterprise Guide V6.1? I've used PROC IML to calculate the matrices S and S_pooled in the past, but that's the extent of my programming knowledge in these regards. Also, just for kicks, how to calculate the matrices SSE and SSH? Any help would be greatly appreciated! ~GaStatGuy
