Which all universities would be safe for me? MS Fall 2015

Hi,

 

Here is my profile and short listed universities. My preference is for Computer architecture and embedded systems. Can anyone please help in classifying the following choices as amb/mod/safe ?. I have chosen individual programs based on my interests.

 

GRE : 322 (q 165, v 157, awa 5.0)

TOEFL : 119 (speaking 29 rest 30)

 

GPA : BTech ECE : 8.91 First class with honors (Univ. of Calicut)

+2 : 96.83%

10th: A+ grades (>90%) in all subjects
