Ordering Additional Score Reports

So I just took the GRE today and reported my scores to half of my schools. I still need to send out scores to my four remaining schools.

 

I went to this web page:

...and for some reason I cannot click through to the link that allows me to order additional scores! Has anyone else had this problem, or is it just me? How have you guys reported your remaining test scores? Is there another website I should visit?

Scrap that... I found the site. Different question:

 

Should I wait until my scores appear on the "My GRE" page to order / request remaining scores be sent out, or should I do this now (asap). I'm getting a bit antsy because deadlines for apps are floating around early to mid December.
