gunpowder Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 Hello guyz, I am planning to get admission in University of Victoria in Masters in Public Health. I am planning to attend this course online based as i have some family commitment. I was wondering if anyone can put some lights on how online and on-campus MPH programs will be evaluated after my graduateion? All of your inputs will be highly appreciated. regards
kng229 Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 I'd say that depends primarily on two factors - what learning platform is used by the school and whether or not the degree looks any different. For instance, UC Berkeley has the latest and greatest tech for their online MPH program, but other schools are tied to the major investments they've made in aging platforms like Blackboard. Also, the degrees at many schools for online programs are indistinguishable from the on-campus degree, so employers would only know if you told them you were in an online program.
