rlywrmn Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 So what's better, having a TA write a letter of recommendation and have the professor from the course write a little blurb at the end and sign it or have my boss from my ABA therapy job write me a letter?
lisa19 Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 I know some schools only want academic recommendations, but if your schools accept work recs I would say whoever knows you best, honestly. Also, some schools let me submit an additional recommendation so definitely see if that's an option and maybe you can submit both!
spursnpearls Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 If they don't require academic LORs, the job might be better -- I agree, it's whoever knows your best and is going to advertise your qualities the best. Especially if your job can speak to some academically related skills, you'd be golden with that.
