canuck02 Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 (edited) For anybody relatively in the know with regards to MIT, am I SOL for MIT Bioengineering with a GRE V:163,Q:159;AW:5.5? They say to expect cutoffs 'around' 160 for QR. I'm fine for the other two. Again for anybody in the know, does MIT do a hard GRE cutoff, then look at your app, or do they review your app in full and then consider GRE? If it makes a difference, I am an author on four papers (one published, one accepted, two submitted) to medium-high level journals (PNAS, NCB, NAR), with one specifically first author and the rest as 2nd co-author, and have 5.5 years research experience across 4 fields. GPA is difficult to translate at my school, but essentially in 'A' band. Thanks! Edited November 13, 2014 by canuck02
