Human Resources Project Help Needed

Hey everyone I am new here, but I am in desperate need for help!

 

I have a Human Resource project that I had to identify a current issue of interest related to human capital management in organizations. I chose "Performance Management". It has to be 10 minutes long and is a presentation that will be uploaded to YouTube. It must be EPIC (Engaging, Professional, Informative, and Creative).   I have to Analyze the issue, including:

o summarizing the context and most important elements of the issue that 

organizations/individuals are dealing with; 

o relating the issue to class topics, class readings, and other sources; 

o and taking a stance or recommending strategies to deal with the issue;

 

I do not even know where to start! I have never done an online project that has to be uploaded to YouTube. Any help???? Btw, my professor did advise that I find different cases where organizations are either doing good or bad in the performance management department. Unfortunately, I cannot find anything on Google about it.
