Hi,

I just received my GRE scores and I got V162 and Q157. Writing was 4.5, which was lower than I had expected.

This is the first GRE I've ever taken but since deadlines are approaching, I don't think I can have a second go at the test.

I'm an international student straight out of undergrad. I got good GPA (highest of my department),  good TOEFL score, probably good LORs, and I'm working on my SOPs. I have some work experience related to my field of study. I have done research at college before, although I haven't published any paper in renown journals.

I intend to spread my applications given my background as an international fresh graduate. However, I wonder if I should apply at all to the top-10 schools since I believe my GRE score is on the lower end of the spectrum for students applying to these schools.

Anyone has suggestions? And thanks in advance.
