CSDCAS verification without a rec letter submitted?

Hi all,

 

I'm getting ready to submit my CSDCAS application, and I gave my recommenders a deadline of Dec 1st (while clarifying that the real deadlines were farther out, but I wanted things in by Dec 1st for processing). Two of my recommenders have submitted their rec letters, but one still has not been sent in. 

 

Now, I know I can submit my application without their letters in the system, but will it still be "verified" without them? Should I try to harass my third recommender or wait until closer to the "real" deadline (Jan 1st)?

Last year when I applied, I only needed 2 out of 3 recommendations in before the system would verify it.
