GRE score 308, what are the chances?

Hi everyone,

I recently gave my GRE exam and got the following scores -

Quant - 159

Verbal - 149

AWA result awaited

I have a work experience of 3 years in mechanical industry.

What all universities should i target?

Should i give the exam again for improvement? Pl suggest

My grad cgpa is 6.8/10
