Common interview questions for biochemistry/molecular biology PhD?

I want to prepare as well as possible for my upcoming interview, so I wonder if anyone with experience of interviewing for this kind of programme could offer insight? My BSc degree course is particularly lacking in rigor and is far from 'up-to-date' with respect to the cutting edge of what is going on in the field, so most of my knowledge is self taught from reading papers etc. As a result, outside input would benefit me enormously.
