Help! ASWB.org won't let me see my test scores

Hi all,

 

I was sent here from another site to see if you could help. My S.O. paid the money to take the practice test for her licensure at ASWB.org. She's suppossed to be able to log back in to see her answers, see any wrong answers and why she was wrong. It won't allow her to sign back in, essentially making it a waste of time. Her actual test is very soon, we can't really wait for their M-F tech support. Any ideas? Anyone experience this before? Beuller?
