UNC MS biostats international students only section

Hi all,

 

I submitted by appliation on 12/9. However, now I'm not sure if it's necessary to complete the international students only section when submitting the application in order to be reviewed? On the section it says I will be able to come back and complete if offered admission but some program might require students to submit the forms/complete the section first. I emailed the admins but haven't gotten the reply yet. I was wondering if anyone also encountered this problem?
