School asking for final transcript

In the student center of the college I'm applying to the To-Do list used to be to submit the transcripts of all the schools I've attended.

 

Today I noticed those were all removed and what showed up was a request for the final transcript from my current university when the current term ends. I'm wondering if this means anything. I won't receive my grades for this quarter until early April. Does that mean they won't make a decision until the current quarter is over?

 

This is from my top choice so I'm trying to not get my hopes up.

I think the School/Department of concern would be far more appropriate to ask than people on the forums.

 

To clarify, I wasn't being narky - it is imperitive that you clarify that with the actual people who are asking for it, to whom you can simply send an email!

I feel like they would just give me the generic "its part of the application process for everybody" like they do with every question. Just thought someone else might be in the same boat.
