Suggest the School that I should apply for.. (MS in Statistics program)

Heys guys,

 

I am an international student. I got a very low GPA in my Masters program back in my native country (2 out of 6). Average GPA at our school is around 2.3-2.5. The course is very tedious and it is difficult to score more than anything.

 

My GRE is 156Q/148V/3.5AWA.

Toefl not yet given.

 

Where shall I apply? Is it worth going to universities like San Diego State, CSU Fullerton (just examples of unranked Statistics universities). I want to pursue my career in predictive big data analytics so I was looking out for Universities in california so that I would have more chances of getting a job.
