Do schools send invites the week of the interview weekend?

I have one school with an interview weekend next week, and I was just wondering if it ever happens that schools send interview invitations the same week as the interview weekend

I don't think it is likely because of having to make travel arrangements and schedule the interviews you would be having with multiple faculty.
