UWseattle, emory, georgia tech for chem grad

I got a hard time to choose my grad school for chemistry. I am interested in materials, and sth related to energy. I am struggling because I do not know does a school matter? or the professor matters? I know these three universities are good, (at the same level?) But the professors I am interested in have different level of prestige (Georgia tech=emory> washington) But I am still not sure who will be worked with...that's the problem..... HAVE NO IDEA!! Anyone got any opinions? (I am international student, I might get back to my country someday, some I am kind of concerned the schools' international prestige... )
