PhD proposal, Where to start

Today i join to the forum to share my idea bout PhD proposal.

 

I think writing 10 page proposal is hard when still the idea is not clear. It is very similar to business sartups however there we dont use 10 page proposal rather we first try Business Model canvas.

 

Here what i though to adopt current BMC to a PhD Model canvas. If you have time I would appreciate any comments regarding to the Model and elements. you can see full disscription here http://cs.joensuu.fi/~seivazi/ but i add the image also to the post.
