Purdue Application status Problem for ECE

Hello everyone, I have applied to Purdue for PhD in ECE, however my application status says "waiting for documents - pending" for months. 

The received email when I submitted the application said that, if that happens, I should contact the ETS and get the information about my submitted test results. I did that, and sent the required information to everyone, I found relevant, in Purdue many many times during the last 3 weeks.

And no one returned, not any single person!!

My status is still the same, and I feel that my application will not be even considered, and it will be an automatic rejection..

 

Did any of you experience something like this? What do you think I should do?
