I am exactly the same as you! SLU and SIUE are two of my favorite programs. I have no clue how to decide.

Pros for SIUE:

Right next door

I did my undergrad here so I'm comfortable already

Cheap

Cons for SIUE:

Lower ranked program

Less networking with large hospitals/potentially worse medical externship placement 

Pros for SLU:

Higher ranked program

Potentially better medical placements 

Cons for SLU:

Over double the price

Commute to downtown everyday

 

I've been agonizing over what to do for weeks.
