Purdue Aeronautics and Astronautics

To whom got admitted to the Aeronautics and Astronautics Department, have you guys been in contact with your POI before applying? Where you contacted by POI or the graduate office about admission? Have you already been notified about funding?

Other than a short conversation with a research professor (in mech. depart.) at a conference a few months back, I haven’t contacted any POI.   My acceptance letter in the mail stated I should begin contacting possible advisors; and RA, TA, and fellowships are based on faculty (when available).   Ultimately, I received better offers so I rejected their offer.

Does anyone know when is the deadline to accept/reject to enroll?

I have not found it on their website...
To aeroaero, I have not read anything about a visit day too.
