Reapply HKS

Hi,

I am a international reapplicant for HBS this year. Though last year the number of applicants was dramatically increased,

maybe this year will see a lot of reapplicants for HBS and other schools. My concern is whether HBS deals with reapplicants as fairly as fresh applicants. While some schools are known as reapplicant "friendly", some school rarely accepts reapplicants.

Please let me know if you know some reapplicants who are accepted by HKS.
