heather8 Posted August 20, 2009 Posted August 20, 2009 Can anyone recommend the best way to capture oil paintings in jpeg format ? Should I use my good 35mm camera and have it processed professionally onto a CD ? I 'm guessing that a basic digital/powershot type camera wouldn't be the best..?... just curious b/c when I did my undergrad portfolio, it was in the days of slide film , hahaha. Thanks for any help. Heather
sunjingfang Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 I think you should research your program first, as I know, most schools can accept online portfolio, at least, CD is fine. Of course you need one camera, DSLR is easy for make digital one. Slide is good for old school, hiwever, it is not popular under digital days. For process, the color you should correct with APPLE MAC LCD and RGB.
