grizzly Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 First acceptance is up in the results search! Who is in? Anyone else still waiting? Did anyone get a funding offer yet?
Leyru Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 I also got in but without any funding. However, on the whole IPED is still cheaper than SAIS and Georgetown's MSPP where I also have received offers from, so I don't know. I finally might choose IPED due to financial reasons while I'd prefer to go to SAIS and GU.. Fordham hasn't said anything about a waitlist for financial aid - does that mean I'm not on it or should I just continue annoying the financial aid office until I get an answer? ;-)
grizzly Posted April 1, 2015 Author Posted April 1, 2015 @Leyru- If you havent recieved aid offers from any of the schools, it's definitely worth holding out until after April 15th to see if they will re-up your aid package! Hang in there. My fingers are crossed for you I'm deciding between Fordham and Denver, with significant funding offers from both. Denver is an ASPIA school and has the better reputation/ranking, but Fordham seems to do a great job setting students up with practical work experience throughout their studies and supporting applications to outside fellowships. I've been really impressed with the Fordham students I have talked with as well as their alumni- is it a mistake to turn down Denver to go here?
Leyru Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 I received mine on March 18th. @grizzly: thanks, you're right, that's what the financial aid offices also told me. They have to wait until those who received financial aid reply to their offers.. Regarding Denver, I cant tell you, sorry.
