Best Schools for Hep-Ex?

I am a Canadian student planning to apply for Hep-Ex in the States next year. 

 

I have research experience in 2 national labs, 3.75 GPA, good reference letters, no publications.  

 

However, I don't really know which graduate programs are good for hep-ex in the US. 

 

Right now all I have is: 

- Stanford

- Caltech

- U Chicago

- MIT

 

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Stony Brook, although UPenn and Yale I would usually recommend for one that is more neutrino-inclined...
